Burning Bridges.

The sounds of Cameron's engine revving up in the drive way can be heard throughout the mansion. Cameron got out of the car and entered the mansion. The entire house grew silent. Several members of the house bowed their heads as a sign of respect. Cameron then walked up the stairs and into his bedroom. There seeing his queen laying on the bed. I'm so glad you're safe. I'm sorry I ran out of here in a blind rage without checking on you but I had to find out who did this.
Cameron then started to get undressed and then poured himself a glass of bloodwine

Reckless never gave into sleep easily and flexed her arm before tearing the cast off with her teeth and replacing it with a few band aids instead. It was scabbed over now, but she didn't want to accidentally hurt it more.
The lycan smirked to herself as she caught a scent.
Deer!
She was pretty hungry and when a lycan is hungry it's a good idea not to get between them and a hunt. Reckless converts to her wolf form and sprang from the open window into the grass below. She then followed the smell of the deer herd, curling her lips back to expose sharp canines. A few growls and sounds of a fight later and Reckless had a meal she had ate the entire deer, except the hooves.
Full and content the lycan trudged home and melts down to her human form, curling up under her sheets after closing the window and blinds.

Malikana pouted and threw a pillow at her king. "You had me worried, you jerk. You could have texted me." She took a sip of her blood wine before turning her back away from Krill. "And thanks for the heads up on the new vampire member. If I had not smelt you on him, I would have shredded him to bit or something."

She continued to pout as she still had her back to him. "By the way, it seems the new guy has taken a liking to Reckless."

Malikana listened to her king and giggled at the thought of Reckless and Raphael together. It seemed to perfect to her and she couldn't help the giddyness she felt. "Yes, well I am just glad you are okay. I was worried you....you...sack of flesh."

She huffed as she couldn't find the right insult for her lover, so instead she rose from the bed and walked over to him, wrapping her arms around him before licking his entire right side of his face. She then laughed and returned to her spot on the bed. Malikana was so childish sometimes.

Walking downstairs Raphael sat in the common area awaiting krill to get ready and start the planning. Little did he know that today would also be his introduction into the coven.

Cameron woke up right before sundown. He got dressed in his finest clothes, and his traditional robe. He left his room and went into the council chambers. Once there the servants bowed before him and started getting things ready like laying out several bottles of bloodwine, food, and making sure the lighting is just right.

Raphael stood in the common area spinning a dagger on his leg with one hand and throwing one up and catching it with the other hand.

Reckless made her way out of her room after getting on a pair of camo colored cargo pants with a black long sleeve shirt and green jacket. She had been informed of the vampires council meeting, but wanted to first see Raphael. After that she would leave the area as to not cause any confusion or didruptions.
She found Raph doing some sort of balancing act with his daggers, she waited until she was noticed before going over and hugging the other briefly.
"Good luck. Have fun I'll be back later." she then kissed the vampire on the cheek and then dashed out the front door and went into the garage, a loud rumbling engine echoed in the area, a large Ford king ranch colored a dark midnight blue pulls out with the lycan female grinning as she drove the truck. She then drove off into the night, her cell phone sitting in the center console as her favorite songs played from the radio, her own voice was heard singing along. She was going to buy herself a new gun, then maybe hit up a hunting lodge to see if she could find any other lycans.

Raphael gave Reckless a hug before watching her dash away and get into her truck. The sight of her driving off made him laugh to himself a bit. He then went back to what he was doing waiting for the others to either call him in for a meeting or come talk to him here. He eventually got bored of playing with the knives and decided that he would start practicing his swordsmanship by going through different motions slowly analyzing each and every aspect of his movements.

Several members of the council started to arrive.  Cameron sat in his chair at the head of the table while other members bowed to their master and took their respected places.  We shall begin once my Malikana arrives.  Cameron then started to tap his finger on the table waiting for his queen to show up.

Malikana arose from her slumber, and quickly took a shower and got dressed into a formal kimono that was white, black and red. She then attached her two katanas at each of her hips and placed her hair in curls before making her way to the meeting room. Once she entered, the servents bowed to her and she nodded her head to them.

The vampire noticed her king was patiently waiting for him.  Giving a small smile, she made her way to him and had a seat next to him. "I apologize for the wait. We may now begin the meeting." She held her self with a confidence that commanded respect.

I have called this council tonight for two reasons. One being we have to find the person, or group responsible for the attack on the mansion. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as it could've been. We did however lose members of the house, regardless of their status they was still part of this coven. Vengeance must be satisfied and their blood must gush from their body. How ever before we set planning in motion there is a new member seeking acceptance into the house. He has already helped me during this crisis and I believe he could be very useful. Cameron looks at the guard at the door. Bring him in.

Raphael stood there in the common area admiring a painting as the guards came in and escorted him to the room. Entering he saw everyone was there sitting at a table. Unfortunately no one had told him that this was going to happen so he was still dresses for taracking down the humans that had attacked the night prior. "I'm sorry for the way I'm dressed I thought it was going to be a planing meeting on what we were going to be doing in light of the human attack. he said bowing to krill. He then started to take off all of the weapons he had on him laying them in front of him on the floor. There were 12 pistols 1 sword 1 bow and a quiver of arrows various sizes of daggers and throwing knives.

Malikana rose from her seat as she watched the new comer take off his weapons. "This meeting is for two reason's. The first is to welcome you to our coven and have you offically join our ranks, and the second is to plan our next more." She sat back down next to Krill and placed a hand in his lap and held his hand as she spoke once more.

"Raphael Wolf, my king has informed me of how you helped last night. I wish to thank you for that. As you may have known before, I am Malikana Riontaurs, the queen of this coven." Her words were formal, but gentle.

"I am honored. he said while bowing his head in respect to her. "It was something that had to be done I do not take any credit for aiding those who need help."

Cameron raised his hand. Taking credit for a job well done is acceptable. You have done well and you should take pride in that. That is one of the reasons you have been welcome in the coven. A member on the council spoke up. My lord of I may make an observation. This is in no way a disrespect but how can you think about bringing this person into the coven after what happened. For all we know he could be working for them. Cameron raised his left eyebrow quickly at the council members remark. Then he turned to Raphael Raphael a very legitimate accusation has been brought before us. Do you wish to defend your stance.

"With those thought in the minds of others I will not be able to say anything that would prove my innocence. Truthfully only my actions would be of sufficient proof if it was me. If you wish you can keep tabs on me and track my movements. I will submit to anything you would like. If any of you would like to read my memories feel free to I will show you everything I remember I do not have anything to hide." Raphael said.

Malikana raised her right eyebrow at the turn of events. She leaned forward and rested her chin on her hands as she observed the events playing out. She then decided to speak, as she did love to mess with the order of things.

"Actually, I would like to add in something before any one else speaks," Malikans smirked, waiting for an objection. When none came she continued. "When Raphael arrived here last night after the attack, I questioned him. If he had not allowed me to read his memories, I would have killed him myself. Unless in some way others have now found a way to manipulate memories, then I say he is not working with them. I saw the memories myself. Is anyone wanting to object against me?"

She glanced at all the other council members with a dark gleam in her eye. When her eyes landed on the member that spoke out before, they dared him to speak again. The stare lasted a few more seconds before they landed on Krill, she waited for a response from everyone.

The council member grew angry and slammed his fist on the table. You are a guest here,  you don't give me suggestions.  I'm a member of this council. .. Cameron stood up and in the blink of an eye rushed over to that council member and grabbed him by his hair. You might be on the council but only for a short time but your violent temper has been here longer.  I'm sick of it.  I watched him,  even I gave the order to kill the human after I questioned him he did so in a slow painful way to where he felt all of it.  I say he is cleared of your ridiculous allegations.  Should I check to see where you was hiding during the attack?  Wait let me guess upstairs with one of the servants trying to make her think you're important? Cameron let go of his hair and placed his hand on his shoulder nudging him back into his chair.  Now that this part is over,  Raphael would you please stand next to me.    Cameron then walked back to his throne.  So does anyone have any suggestions for an attack plan?

Raphael did as he was ordered and standing he walked over to Cameron standing next to his chair. He looked each person at the table in the eye so they could see his resolve.

Malikana was about to say something, but Krill took action before she could. Leaning back in her seat, she took a sip of her bloodwine as she listened to everything that was being said.

"Did you keep any of the humans that attacked alive my love?"

Reckless had purchased a Ruger Model 77 gun to hunt deer with. At the hunting lodge she didn't find many lycans, but a gruff voice coming from a young white haired man with gold eyes got her attention.
"And then the buck turns his head just as I pull tha trigger and BOOM! I hit em dead center in his lil head." the man says before he was overflooded with cheers and laughter at his lucky spot, he then saw Reckless and got up from the large leather chair.
"Rachel! My lil sister."  he grins and scoops up the girl.
Reckless, true name Rachel, laughs at her brother as they exchange greetings. After the lodge fell asleep the siblings left in the ford king ranch truck belonging to Reckless.
"So lemme get this straight, yer in love with a vampire?" Gerwulf asks with a raised brow as Reckless parks a few miles from Krills mansion.
"Gee Gee, he saved me from a fekkin bear trap. He has my utmost respect and admiration." the girl says before changing into her wolf form.
"Eh..alright alright. He saved you from loosing a leg...I guess I can meet the guy before getting overprotective." the male huffs as he too changed into a wolf, he was a bit taller and more buff, his white fur slightly spiked.
The two siblings howled in harmony to signal their reunion before they started to hunt.

Cameron looked at Malikana and gave an "you gotta be kidding me" look. No I will admit my rage took over as I saw countless members of my coven slaughtered a lot of then wasn't even warriors. I did question him though. He states that he and his group was mercenaries for hire, and they was contacted for this job but it was done anonymous and never met the person and all money was done electronically. So one thing needs to be done is get our computer guys to look over the security cameras for facial recognition then have our mole in the NYPD run a search on him for any address. Then go to his house and take anything that transmits data. After that I'm open to suggestions.

Malikana sighed. Her plan went out the window at Krill's response. "It looks like you have it figured out then. Once the meeting is down, I will go see our techs and have them look into it."
